Everything you'd ask before you commit.
Plans, platform compatibility, automation, billing — the honest version, not the sales-page version.
Getting Started
What IWV OS actually is
What is IWV OS, in one sentence?
A business operating system: one dashboard that audits your growth gaps, drafts and publishes your content, and automates the busywork around running a small business online.
Do I need any technical skill to use it?
No. The Growth Audit, dashboard, and Content Engine are all built for someone running a business, not someone who codes. Where a technical step exists — like connecting your site — we walk you through it in plain language, one field at a time.
What's the difference between the free Growth Audit and a paid plan?
The audit is a one-time snapshot — where your gaps are today. A paid plan is the system that keeps working after that snapshot: drafting content, tracking your Health Score, and (on Growth and Build) automating the parts you'd otherwise do by hand.
Plans & Billing
Choosing and paying
What's actually different between Starter and Growth?
Access vs. automation. Starter unlocks every tool in the platform — you're the one running it. Growth turns on the Automations Engine, so content drafting, Health Score updates, and publishing happen on their own instead of you doing it by hand.
Is Build a subscription like the others?
No. Build is a one-time $79 charge, not a recurring plan. We configure your automation stack once — triggers, drafts, publish rules — so it works like Growth from day one, without you setting it up yourself.
Do I need Starter before I can get Growth?
No — you can start on any tier. Starter exists for owners who want full platform access without paying for automation yet.
Can I cancel Starter or Growth anytime?
Yes. Both are month-to-month with no contract — cancel whenever, no fees.
I already have Growth — can I still add Build?
Yes. Build configures the automation stack on top of what Growth already gives you, so the two work together rather than replacing each other.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through Stripe, so any major card Stripe supports works. Billing is handled entirely on Stripe's secure checkout — we never see or store your card details.
Content & Publishing
How your content actually gets onto your site
Will Content Engine publish directly to my website?
If your site runs on a platform with a publishing connection — WordPress, Shopify, or Wix today, Framer next — yes, automatically, the moment a draft finishes. If your platform doesn't support that (Squarespace and a few others simply don't offer it, on any tool, to anyone), your finished post lands in your dashboard ready to copy in one click. Either way, nothing is ever left half-finished waiting on you to write it.
How do I know which one applies to me before I pay?
Paste your site URL during setup and we check it for you — you'll see "auto-publish available" or "manual copy" plainly, before checkout, not as a surprise afterward.
Why can't every platform auto-publish?
Some website builders — Squarespace and GoDaddy's built-in builder are the two most common — simply don't give anyone a way in, us included. It's not a gap in our build; there's no door to knock on. Everything else about your plan works exactly the same either way.
What if I'm on a platform you don't support yet?
You're never blocked. The copy-paste dashboard is available to every subscriber on every platform, always — it's not a lesser tier of the product, it's the guaranteed floor under the whole system.
What's included when a post is "ready to copy"?
More than plain text — formatted HTML, an optimized featured image, a meta description, and suggested tags. A finished package, not a wall of text you have to dress up yourself.
I'm stuck on a platform that will never support automation — what are my options?
Build-tier subscribers can add a guided migration to WordPress, where full automation becomes available. It's the one honest way to remove the manual step permanently, rather than working around it forever.
Can I connect more than one site?
Single-site connection today. Multi-site syndication — pushing the same post to more than one connected property at once — is on the Growth-tier roadmap.
Automation
What runs on its own
What happens if my connection breaks — will I miss posts?
No. A broken connection (an expired password, a revoked token) automatically falls back to the copy-paste dashboard for that post, and you get a one-click reconnect prompt. Nothing is ever silently dropped.
Can I write my own prompt, or does it only run on a schedule?
Both. Write a topic anytime for an on-demand draft, or set a recurring schedule and the Automations Engine writes on its own — pulling from a topic queue and checking recent titles so it doesn't repeat itself.
Is there a limit on how much content gets generated?
Yes — a built-in rate cap prevents runaway drafting from a misconfigured schedule. You're always in control of the pace.
Support & Account
If something doesn't work
How do I reach support?
The Help Center link in your dashboard menu goes straight to our contact form — every message reaches a real person, not a queue.
Can I change or cancel my plan myself?
Yes, anytime, from Plans & Billing in your dashboard — no need to email us to downgrade or cancel.
Is my data and site credential information secure?
Site credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown back to anyone, including our own team, beyond the last few characters for identification. Connections use the same encryption standard across the whole platform.
